Progressive Vision Institute is associated with our two surgery centers, Progressive Surgical Institute (PSI) and Progressive Laser Surgical Institute (PLSI).

PSI is an ambulatory surgery center located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. PSI was the first free-standing ambulatory surgery center in Schuylkill County. It was opened in March of 1999 and Solomon C. Luo, M.D. who is the Medical Director. Cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery are performed in this surgery center, as well as minor procedures. PSI covers Schuylkill, Northumberland, Berks, Luzerne and surrounding counties.

PLSI is located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and was opened in November of 2003. Cataract surgery, retinal surgery, and LASIK surgery are performed at this surgery center. Also, minor procedures and retinal lasers are performed as well. PLSI covers Berks, Schuylkill, Lehigh, Bucks, Montgomery, Lancaster, Lebanon, and surrounding counties.
